Group structure as of last meeting
1. Check-in: Check-ins essentially look like talking about your mental state, your week, what  you’re excited about, something that’s been weighing heavily on your mind that you might want to discuss in depth after everyone has checked in……. Anything goes. This is your time to speak- no one will interrupt you. You can also pass during a check-in.

2. After check-in we can discuss if there are any common threads. Smaller groups can break off as wanted. If there doesn’t seem to be a common thread to the checkins more structured themes dealing with mental health may be explored...

3. Time check at 9:30

4. (Everyone) Check-out: this could be your current emotional/mental state, a reflection on the meeting, things you might be frustrated with in regard to the meeting, facilitation, something you plan to do later, etc. again, anything is worth sharing.

5. Begin discussion on when our next meeting should be ?- SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING?- decide who is bringing snacks….

Post-meeting relax/eat/chat/drink tea or coffee/leave!
