Staff raises/wellness fund

1. Seven and Jeff $

            -proposal that Will drafted-$100/mo.

            -checks will be requested along with other regular monthly checks

            -approved

2. 501-c3

            -Will’s update

                        -things are moving forward for Freedom Center

                        -has been a long, challenging process

                        -check back in in a couple of weeks…

3. NCOR

            -Will, Ashley, and Alex interested in going

            -Madigan will do outreach for NYC folks who might want to go

            -Will has email in to NCOR re: travel $$ available

4. Ittleson Report

            -Ashley wrote to Tony Wood saying it will be late

            -Will and Sarah will assist according to Ash’s needs

5. Coming Off of Drugs Guide

            -draft has been distributed, staff look at it and give feedback

-“voice” of brochure, “living off of meds”/what’s next when you get off them

   separate guide?, adding to support manual/breaking it down into separate pieces

-how all of our writing projects fit into strategic priorities???

-providing information vs. subjective stories/opinions…

-timeline? giving it enough time for feedback, editorial advisory board

6. Radio Project

            -Will’s proposal

            -FC needs $1200 for first 6 months

            -need brainstorms, guests, topics, co-hosts, graphics/logos

            -using valley free radio streaming radio, archives too on madness radio website

            -how is it different than mind freedom?

                        -more culture and first-person narrative

-Will talking with MF about not having overlap, but cross promoting (i.e.        links, event announcements, etc.)

            -will put page on website when everything’s a go

-Will will get final details in place, we will revisit next week…

7. Stickers/Schwag

            -ordering more stickers authorized, Ashley will re-order

            -buttons?

            -more schwag, talk about it next week, collaborative schwag, t-shirt contest

8. FH $

            -really complicated for them to give us the $6000/mo. For Jan, Feb., Mar.

            -looking for legal way for them to help us financially…

            -chief fin. officer is researching, check in next week
