fh hasn't raised us any $

they've authorized ken to raise us any more than $45k

we're running out of $ end of dec

create new plan based on cash drought

jeff aron says trying to raise $ as soon as he can

prev em said they'd raise $45 by end of dec.

future fundraising: we need to put attention to fundraising / also tech, website

important: GET COMMITS IN WRITING AROUND MONEY, ETC.

send out funder update ask for $, ask individuals, also go for larger long term grants.

time to check in with tony woods at ittleson.

dobkin family fndt very likely to give $, need contacted.

get donor lists to send out appeal to.

phone bank? call center? sketchy?

FH may write kickass letter but don't depend on it

no $ to hire web admin at moment or for seed grant program

have backup plan to scale back budget so we don't go from full speed ahead to zero.

working on this as fundraise solicit letter package

went well her first time
her hours -- wed pm 1-5, fri 12-6. OPen office hours Fri 3-6

rest of her time flex on her own

ash gave her big task list. put on open plans, so we can prioritize, figure how to use resources.

contract - sara was really into contract - wellness policy, email policy. Ash will put contract on open plans.

Will wrote draft of job description + jonah gave feedback.

WILL - continue continue to draft and come up with final version.

two sets of skillsets? cheaper - hire website admin, then drupal dev person.

ultimately - we're looking for 2 people. drupal medic and ongoing weekly basis person.

about 40 people registering. no big bugs.
