Will-Recent car crash.   Making sense of it, emotional shake up and trying to slow down, thinking about life.  Portland meeting revivals.  Trip to Peru for consulting gig w/patient movement coming up. 

Mimi-Pretty good.  Relocating to PA in September.  Supporting family.  Resigning from position with TIP.  Available to help w/remote stuff, not distro.  *Put on next meeting agenda. 

Annie-Back in NYC.  Good to be back in city energy.  Shaky without family, taking things slow. 

Angel-Stressed out.  Summer in NYC.  Work group-Fountain House meeting and meeting w/campus organizers pushed back.  Planning w/Rachael about Hunter, on campus outreach.  Supporting those participating in 20/20, sharing talking points, checking language, voice of larger purpose.  *Will offers support for media strategy.  Angel back on 7th, next 20/20 planning meeting 7/13.

Madigan-Ok, noticing internalized place.  Filming Friday 7/10 w/20/20 in SF, with support people present.  Smart Meme, powerful tool/homework, trying to meet w/David prior to shoot.  Other things to think about/move towards:

Look at cost summary for July 09-July 10 Comprehensive in thinking/include all expenses
Helpful to have narrative to flush out as group.  For grassroots transparency pull working group volunteers together for input. 
Budget for future, more people in conversation, more creative ideas/decisions
Those on the ground doing projects to develop seed grants
Local group meet up/tour important more people involved and included not just coordinator retreat this time.

Think about what ways working groups generate income, mini-fundraise and projects that pay for themselves.  Rather than one person doing fundraising, each working group takes on initiatives.

*Where are we with web development/salsa/storefront to support fundraising?
Out of touch with web team/need to jump start.

Where do grants fit in? 
Feisable that working groups will find grant funding/grant research/individual donors.
If working group is thinking that direction, list a few possible grants/donors.
Brainstorm what kind of funding is best fit.

Caution to not rely only on major donors or derail process of working groups brainstorming grassroots fundraising.  Giving is down, need to diversify funding, show cool grassroots ways.  Coordinators/all members thinking of income generating.
