Icarus has found its way to the Phx area.  With one of the worst mental health ratings in the country and a long history of abuse we are here to help support and advicate for one another. We hope you join us in helping to create possitive change and fight the abuse and oppession that has been afflicted on many of us. we look forward to colaberating and conspiring to make Phoenix a better place for us all.
