Who are team coordinators?  Who is job sharing?  What do people in
support roles do specifically?  Who are other contractors? stipends?

Roles:
Alex does not want to work in coordinator role with Icarus.  
**Alex will send email to team regarding her decision.
Michael supports her choice.  Is wanting to work in Edu/Outreach.  Is on board as coordinator.  Tasks in outreach require a lot of real physical work.  Need two people to coordinate Edu/Outreach, too much for one.  Spoke with new volunteer, R, gave heads up.
Conscious of sharing opportunities with invested Icaristas.  
Should we put job posting on site?  
Make list of candidates.  Publicize.  
Not sure about Madigan’s role in Edu/Outreach?
Look at where we are now.
We need to think about finding people.
Talk about time/money.  
*Suggestion:  Do more specific time accounting.  
Edu/Outreach needs 2 full coordinators and support person.
**Proposal:  2 coordinators at $500 month/Support person $300 mo.

Need to coordinate volunteer team.  
Thing that push this group over the edge is budget.

Web group:  Currently Web Admin $250 (as if job share) until a coordinator for this group is found.

Schedule web skill share so all can learn how to post to open plans.  Who?  Mimi, Michael, Molly, led by Will.  Mimi can go over stuff with Sascha.

Overall Icarus Priorities:
Look at Campus Icarus Grant.  Report from student organizer due to Sascha from involved students.  Michael will look at campus icarus stuff, list questions, initiate a meeting with Sascha about campus icarus.   
Alternatives Conference in Buffalo, workshop proposal deadline this Friday.  Huge conference, past  icarus participation.  Scholarships available.
**Molly will contact Buffalo Icarista, A, and pass off Michael contact info if she wants to go represent.  Michael will also look at others in NY who may be interested.  
Seed thought:  smart to look outside icarus for diversity and new leadership.  
Need for balance/looking inside, looking outside.
