Web Group
- is empties still a coordinator? are the things he's doing (forum management, answering emails, setting up forwarding email accounts, "babysitting" drupal content) part of the coordinator position, or are they several web team responsibilities?

Admin:  Database, bank account, budget meeting

- trial basis for drupal-based database, create a timeline and end-date (end of July?), then evaluate if we should use Salsa or Drupal

- Nick needs to send an invoice to get paid for contract work
- Will suggests having the trial be for immediate needs, leaving it open for future needs

- Michael is almost done with a complete description w/ structured ideas, will send that out probably tomorrow
- Still working on job description
- Still planning on discussing job desc. with Sascha
- meeting with previous intern (or 'student volunteer') next wednesday about evolution of Campus Icarus and how NYU folks can plug in
- Michael wants to take on campus icarus role himself and possibly have someone who helps and does other stuff
- Will doesn't want to separate campus Icarus so much, but acknowledges that the role is large and the responsibilities/hours of the education role should be further discussed.

Media:  PBS/Nova, Media Training, Ken/Film Project--blog blurb, funding
- German translation of harm reduction guide is going well

** Molly proposes that:
  - the first week of the month individual groups should have meetings/skill shares
  - second week we bring new proposals to the collective meeting
  - third week we share info/perspectives/proposals with web forums/community
  - fourth week at collective meeting we get consensus on proposals.
