Michael - we could have lunch at FH, keep time in mind -- lunch starts at 1130, have lunch til 1230, then leave at 1230.

michael - problem with that is we have to formally schedule it

molly -- how to make connections, reaffirm shared values

michael -- can think of several people really into this

molly - make it inclusive, engage bigger community.

sascha - not really local icarus community. FH <-> icarus mysterious, people don't know what icarus is

molly -- what about open house meet and greet, mix of extended icarus community and FH people?

molly -- michael can you do a fishing expedition, connect broader community, what would be the most productive, hopeful way to get together?

sascha -- who is driving the van? needs to be member of fh. Madigan? she loves driving

michael -

will -- focus on a regular monthly event at FH?

molly -- read madigan's email -- impression that FH relations are really important. michael + alex at jan meet were going to bottomline a 1x/mo event at FH. people liked fly art workshop. we should have tie-in event. top priority for FH. speaking up at regular FH meetings with TIP update.

will - doesn't have to be a big logistical production, just simple

molly - how do we make this happen? tie into the literary review?

will - date, location, flyer, two facilitators, do the outreach

molly - what would be the timeline on it?

michael -- will connect with molly and will re: this, have a plan by next week about implementing plan.

will -- everyone going to look at resume pool and Questions for coordinators

molly -- add input if you have it to hiring process

molly -- everyone should have a 3 mos feel it out capacity. they're a support role - mentorship role, part of process, can't have full decision role / responsibility
