icarus coordinator meeting

we had a bit of a loose low turnout meeting but focused on membership development/organic groups/salsa/merchandise issues

mad props to the hiring and interview process and all the work going into that

will met with mimi re: membership, discussing what needs are in diversifying funding, contact database, salsa, etc.

discussion with nick about organic groups, contact lists, boosting drupal to salsa-facscimile, then transition to salsa

how donations received a problem, going thru justgive

problem with merchandise and not being able to take donations

sustainers - members - registration

asking people for $ when they register but make it start at zero.

everyone is a member, some are 'sustainers'  if they donate regularly?
