Will/Media Publications:
Created/circulated talking points and update from meeting with Alissa (journalist)
Need blog post contributions.  Should it be a single voice narrative or collection of voices?  *Submit paragraph on working groups by Tues 3/17.
Spanish translation Coming Off Guide finished
German translation 1st draft finished in proof reading round
Got Defiance Ohio music to listen to.  Will write up blurb for download donation page.
Michael's friend, Neko, willing to do art for Icarus.  He'll pass contact along to Mimi to refer to Defiance Ohio.

Mimi/Distro Admin:
Working on Defiance Ohio collaboration.  Transfer of funds to TIP.  Working with Nick to have donations go directly into paypal account transfered into bank account.  For now, keep site simple/add to over time/work in progress.  DO had TIP in mind when writing these songs.  Coming through NYC in May/potential for a benefit show. 
Chasing down consignment funds/contacting folks
Catching up on back orders for stickers
Planning to send molly/support network postcards to distro
Madigan suggests consistency/accountability and use of mission/logo for Defiance Ohio. 
DO has requested a personal note from icarus in addition to that. 

Question:  Could Blogpost easily feed an email newsletter for past fundraisers, contacts, etc?  What is possible at this time?  This relates to database and contacts. 

Nick/Web:
Email newsletter concerns about getting "blacklisted" and going into spam folders.  Usually have to pay for a service like Constant Contact or Vertical Response or Salsa.
Madigan has had experience with this and Mac program/she'll connect with Nick on this.
Paypal will be set up this week. 

Molly/Support Network:
Lots of activity with new local groups/spending a lot of time on phone and email w/folks.
Looking for questions to add to personal review of core responsibilities/working group descriptions for simple evaluations.  Mimi suggests looking at 360 review on web for ideas to incorporate.  Incorporate regular assessments/support needs into weekly call. 
Community call this Sunday and every third Sunday.  Angel and Michal agree to participate.  Will agreed to April call.  Call attendance seems to be related to ahead of time outreach (posts and personal invites).  Will rotate coordinator presence on calls and integrate active skill sharing into calls regularly.  Presence of coordinators on the web forums has been positive and is appreciated. 

Michael/Education and Outreach:
Angel and Michael met with Bree (Headstrong) and Alan of Fountain House and was positive.  They are into partnering on campus initiative and both are open to the vision.
Suggestion to partner with education unit, be visible to FH people. 
Need to put in official proposal, Alan is supportive and will proof before sharing w/Ken.
Talked w/Annie.  Wants clarity about job share potential but is interested and she could help w/FH proposal.  Need to schedule meeting w/Annie, Casey, Mimi, Angel Mon/Tues.
Want to take proposal to next house meeting Wed 3/18.
Working on Angel orientation/check list.

Angel/Education and Outreach:
Note-out of town Thurs-Thurs.  Available by phone/limited email. 
3/31 Tabling event at Hunter Wellness Fair.  Need 6 folks to commit to 2 hour shifts. 
In correspondence about Madness First Aid Kits/Mad Maps-create pdf file for site.
May Day event at Rutgers
Bree supportive of overlap of Headstrong/Campus Icarus-will also look over FH proposal.
Angel will email draft around as it is in progress. 
Alan was clear about moving out of office and wants Icarus to be very clear about what we need and are offering. 

Madigan/Support:
Saturated with history/legacy of Icarus.
Been talking with people engaged in project for a long time. 
Re:  Fountain House proposal-be mindful of autonomy within FH.  Become resource center for distro/materials/place for our computers and to do our work.  Feels we are a better fit with the Wellness Unit than Education.  Keep envisioning an info shop.  Important we are welcoming place not just staff/member paradigm.  Vision of wellness/wholeness. 
Concerned about space for distro/admin to happen and unsure how sustainable a closet is. 

Other thoughts on FH:
It will be tricky to continue to partner in vague way. 
Alan feels strongly about not suporting HR Guide. 
Will is available to talk with FH about the guide.
Be clear this is about our movement and autonomous collaborations.   
Important that proposal states clearly and specifically, what we need, who we are, our relationship and how to exist together. 
Job share offer is for 3 months and then will be evaluated at that point.
