Angel - crazy week, started editing Student Guide to Organizing, will continue with tasks this week (see goals for specifics)

Sam - Brochure in draft cycle, next will move on to editing phase

Lucy - Coming up with FAQs questions was a great learning experience for her, will try to see if she can come up with answers to some of her own questions

Annie - Great contact list in process, tomorrow meeting with Brad and will draft a letter to send to profs


GOALS FOR NEXT WEEK:

EVERYONE:
   - Give feedback online re: Student Guide, Brochure, FAQs sheet, Suggested Resources
   - Submit revisions/next drafts of personal projects
 

ANGEL: Finish Student Guide edits and post; Condense facilitation material and post for edits (will be incorporated into Student Guide); Create workshop shell; Price postcards and trifold brochure printing (100, 500?)

SAM: Brochure - make into a trifold; add/amend brochure as per feedback; generalize Gallatin postcard for any CI group

LUCY: Try to answer some of the FAQs; Review and edit Student Guide

ANNIE: Develop "Event Suggestions" list; Draft contacts letter; Continue assembling contact list
