Mad Pride Meeting Notes (Weds, 6/10/2009):

*What do we want to get out of this group?

--community/support group.

*Ideas:

--have a physical copy of people's contact info.

--community building events/camping excursions/recreational and therepeutic activities.

--art projects.

*The ultimate activism goal for this group is to create a zine.

*Confidentiality/Group Sharing Format:

--Rules of confidentiality should be stated before every support session.

--If you need to bring up something that was said during group, be sure to use generalities instead of specifics.  No name naming.

--First half of group can be for processing, second half for art sharing (this is optional).

--There will be an agenda but we can go wit the flow.

*Upcoming Projects/Events:

--Vera project anti-corporate pride tabling event (Saturday 6/27 Sunday 6/28).

--Interested volunteers come share your ideas!!! We'll meet Saturday 6/13 @ 11:30 AM @ 110 Harvard Ave. E.
