We are a diverse group of People commonly labeled Bipolar, Borderline, Depressed, PTSD- afflicted, Anxious, Queer, Trans, Bi, Anarchist, Activist, Progressive, Radical, DIY, Intellectual, Artist etc.  We are insanely passionate about mental health and are looking to create an intricate guide on discovering, and becoming the true potential that lies between brilliance and madness!!  We hope to break down oppressive barriers in the mental health community.  While building a powerful support system that encourages every individual to use their mad gifts!

Music Therapy Idea for This Monday's Meeting

For Monday's meeting, I was thinking it would be interesting to bring wellness/crisis music mixes.  Like burning a cd of good music we use for calming, soothing, and grounding our heightened states.  Maybe another for invigorating our soul when feeling lethargic, down, or stuck.  For those who don't have cd-burning capabilities, bring a list!

I am really looking forward to hearing everyone's wellness/crisis plan and adopting good ideas to weave into mine.
