- Will is planning on putting some media-related stuff on forums

- wants to try to have a media group meeting in the next two weeks
- media training will be tonight!

- ED/OUTREACH
- Michael is still working on stuff but not communicating so much about the things that are going on
- fountain house/local group collaboration to help put out collaborative literary review -- icarus, among other things, will be in charge of getting the cover together
- job description, particularly campus icarus position, is not coming along so well -- collaboration with sascha isn't working.
- co-coordinator position: Michael wants to do campus icarus along with all other edu/outreach related tasks but have a person to just help with campus icarus workload (this person will be considered a co-coordinator for campus icarus).

- ADMIN/DEVELOPMENT
- Mimi's not on the call, so there wasn't really an update on this
- Will: to what extent does icarus want to become a retailer, or should we pass this off to other distributers?
- Bank account is being set up but needs another signature from someone involved in Icarus...

- SUPPORT
- no crucial updates, Molly is continuing to stay involved with the forum community.

- WEB
- working on setting up subversion repository to plugin volunteers
- hopefully the web group will have a conference call this week (Saturday?)
- Nick is currently working on creating a module for improving interface in both organic groups and CRM/database, as well as some administrative areas.
- empties has been stepping up and stepping back (recently mostly stepping back), his role in the web team is not clear
- there is a difference between the actual development team and the content/user administration on the web site - web group needs to rethink structure, how do these different sides collaborate, how are they independent of each other?
- hopefully all this will be figured out on the web group conference call this weekend

COMMUNICATION FLOW
- Will is thinking of starting email list for media group, but not sure how to advertise it
- Molly's suggestion is to simply create a Get Involved subforum in (Inter)national Organizing
- riseup list for coordinators - after some clarification people generally decided this was good idea, Nick will set that up and admin it, but administration might be passed off to someone else at some point

FUNDRAISING
- should we do a summer fundraising effort? If we put it off to the fall it might melt into the holiday fundraising cycle.
- do we want to have a specific fundraising team (in addition to each team working on their own fundraising)?

COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTIONS/WORK TEAM PLANS
- Will put out his job description for media/publications
- Molly completed hers, is finding it helpful for delegating tasks
- Michael is still working on his
- Web team is still figuring things out, needs to have conference call (and Nick will look at open plans tasks)

OVERALL COLLECTIVE GOALS FOR THIS MONTH
- general visioning for icarus needs to be discussed -- ie. is our goal to be more of a nurturing environment or go out into the world and to mental advocacy? How campus icarus ties into the overall icarus vision, how to get other universities involved.
- what structural things do we need to put in place in July?

COORDINATOR ASSESSMENT RETREAT
- we need to all get together in person and go over things...
- Where should we meet? We'll decide later...
- When should we do it? The end of august?

- Molly will take notes and Michael will facilitate next week.
