This is what we talked about:

Support one another through this transition.  Reach out to one another.
Empathy + Support during stressful time of change.

Need to define roles and expectations for regional hubs, advisors and volunteers.
Defining roles/expectations will ideally lead to seeing how we're connected, how we communicate and how to maintain accountability.

Identify people to take on existing  tasks.  If coordinators partner in passing things off, people will be supported in stepping up, stepping back and ideally back around.

Legacy.  Passing on history of project and remembering those who came before and shared this passion/work.  Remaining in touch with people for mentoring/support/consult.
Sharing the vision/mission/guiding principles.   

Importance of answering emails (esp. support box, lots of advocacy requests). 
Need updated list of resources to refer folks to on site (mindfreedom, bazalon, psych rights, etc.)--good volunteer task.

Next community call 3rd Sunday 9/19/10 3pm/est.  Christin to post/email local contacts.
