most people donated through salsa the day they received the mailing-need to send reminders and ideas for other ways to contribute.

Angel - Fundraising -- GRANT PROPOSALS?  Interested in looking into this.

Needs:
Research past proposals
Inquire about renewals of past grants
Ask Anita/Sascha for direction
Outreach to volunteers w/specific skills in this area

Creating case statement in conjunction w/strategic planning could help w/future grants.

*Need to find out where folks are at.  What folks are capable of contributing and $ needs.  Brainstorm around changing roles, coordinator structure, reducing stipends, ???  What are the basic tasks we need covered?

interpersonal, structural issues. structure built in for personal
issues.

Next week meeting canceled.  Focus on specific tasks of follow through on member campaign via salsa and PERSONAL WELLNESS.
