will:  heading up to evergreen for mad pride event/giving acupuncture/talks.  overloaded w/2020 media. 

molly:  strong sense of burn out.  increased support/ombuds needs.  perpetually behind on everything tangible related to this work.  concerned about unsustainable growth and current capacity.  

mimi:  feeling instability in icarus/organizational self esteme crisis.  20/20 conversation distracting/agenda defining/wish the attention focus was on our own programming. campus program developing well/local group networking (casey).  evergreen in touch w/mimi about distro order. 

madigan:  hearing all.  meditating on strengths.  media concerns.  grief/anger.  hiring process/giving notice.  showing up.  the theatre of it all!

clarify Jonah's role (support local group?) nyc local has already declined offer to participate/need to check in w/claire.  idea for setting up a group outside normal group context/concerns about misrepresenting what an icarus group is and aftermath.
need to develop/build solid media working group/media spokespeople/more focus on leadership development/empowered entrusted body.  jonah/amazing skill base/wants one off things/not ongoing.

contacts made w/media build relationships over time for future assets to the movement/give back to the movement.  Ia (reporter/producer) is being influenced/getting educated in the process. 

Issues with site/drupal + forums, no regular monitoring of main site.  need to define/delegate web editor role.  Proposal for regular mod meetings 2nd Sunday every other month. 

Proposal to send care package and card to annie and family.  Amazing gift of request to donate. 

Madigan will be on calls 1st/3rd Wednesdays. 
Proposal that all working groups create schedule/regularity around work.
