debbie won in the mental health category at this years courage to come back awards, so since i was given a ticket, i had to be presentable, and that is why i learned how to tie a full windsor knot. it was the tenth aniversary of the awards in this particular city, and there was a tribute to every volunteer that, over the last decade,  had made the event possible through their support.  turns out i was there for the inaugural ceremony.  nice to know that i was at least trying to be helpful back then.
