Download the first draft of our long-awaited Support Manual, titled Friends Make the Best Medicine: A Guide to Creating Community Mental Health Support Networks. This Icarus guide for community support around madness and mental health is a work in progress. A first draft. We thank all the dangerous and brilliant mad ones, the website members, writers, visionaries artists, activists, organizers, healers, and other Icarus co-conspirators who have offered the compost that made this first draft grow.
