My brother informed me of some nation-wide law in the process of being passed, where Bush is trying to make it mandatory for youth under a certain age to be prescribed medicine by the government for any diagnosis indicating "mental disorder." 

Does anyone know about the name of this bill? 

Or, has anyone even heard about this at all??? 

It only makes sense to keep something like this under the radar in order to be passed successfully.  I have yet to research it on the internet, but I figure this community is probably already well-informed on this issue.
