here is something very nice. it is milarepa, the buddhist saint who used to be a bad sorcerer. he lamented it and lookd for enlightenment. he gained it after many trials of disipline, he ate only nettles and turned green. they called him the "green worm" he was known for his beautiful voice. it is a blessing for many lifetimes to hear milarepa's namenyme
