staying way uptown (like dave's literally borders harlem and the bronx) until feb. 1st

it's weird because i've never really come up here, usually spend my time deep in east village or out in brooklyn. we went to see the apartment and sign the lease last night. i'm really impressed! it's just off the F train in south park slope. the neighborhood's excellent! the park is right there, the train is maybe 50 feet away, there's tons of restaurants and bars, families everywhere. i'm really excited to start life out there. the apartment is over a cute deli on the corner so we have a lot of light coming in, all hardwood floors, lots of space, it's beautiful! maybe i'll upload photos as we're moving in.

i'm feeling pretty good about myself right now. i'm easing myself back into work. staying positive.
