i m not well. i think the flu set off the cfids and fibro stuff, my joints hurt. my muscles feel like lead's in them. i guess it could still be flu i don't know but it can trigger the other stuff. i had global dread tonight, and fearing things that did not happen. it is painful just to sit here. this will pass. ok goodnight.
