Come one, come all to an Icarus conference call. Once a month we try to gather Icarus members from all over the US, members with local groups and members without local groups, new members, old members, etc etc etc (basically YOU if you are reading this) to  a support group for the phone phobic an informal gathering to hear us other's voices and update each other on what's going on in our lives and our communities. • People beep in-Announce yourself (yes, a little beep beeps when someone comes or goes from call. we try to pause and say hello.)
• Chat amongst ourselves until enough time has passed or we've reached critical mass.
• Agreements/Call Guidelines/Delegate meeting roles (notetaker, facilitators, timekeeper)
• Introductions-Who is here? Where are you calling from?
• Decide if there is an agenda or if we'll let check in's influence the call's direction.
• Personal Check Ins
• Local Community Reports/Happenings
• Mutual aid & support
• Delegate roles for next call and summarize next steps.
