I had changed the name of my old musical project. I am tired of the word "project" and so I started a new endeavor and then changed the name of the old one.

These are minor changes compared to some tumultuos changes in my life that are going on. However a lot of other kinds of changes are going on in everything I do. It does not seem that way so much externally, but I am in a really private time of grief, about a lot of things, too many things that happened.

I am in the process of letting go of being a victim, refusing to accept it, as part of my being, and for my survival.

I did get more PTSD by the system, to add to many more extreme events in my life, mostly within the hospitals.

I am not sure I will ever seem "symptom" free to anyone, once you get that going with the label, and when you are any bit different, it sticks with you...well this is my experience. And "stigma" means "to poke with a stick."

I just wanted to post Mina's song here. I miss a lot of people here. I got a new video channel too and have been slowly uploading some older ones, doing newer ones and revised ones as well. It is an artisitic outlet that helps me a lot right now.
