I just wanted to get more than my toe wet on this site. I want to let people know a little about me/us. I am a multiple person, DDNOS as the dr.s call it. To me it was a way of surviving hell. I still don’t know all of my past cuz my alters are very good at what they do. I am 44 years old woman as the host….my alters are diverse in age, shape, ect. I have tried to medicate my alters away…..therapist told me the only way to be a healed person was to integrate…..and my family told me to get over it and stop acting weird. I finally had to just stop. My alters are me and I am my alters. We have a love hate relationship but at least I am alive to talk about it. I was given the gift of disassociation and I am thankful for that. I just wanted to let people out there that we are here and we are not bad…..just hurt.
