One of my best friend had her fiance have two strokes last year, right after she had their baby and was very ill.  He needed his skull cut open and he's paralyzed now. She adopted his other daughter to have legal rights since the girl's mom is a drug addict.  It's been over a year and she spends her life teaching yoga, wiping all their asses, cooking, cleaning, shopping, dealing with doctors and insurance, carrying a 300 pound man, trying to push a wheel chair, stroller and grab the hand of a 7 year old, measuring medication, being sued by the IRS, going 200,000 in debt for health stuff and just was in the E/R because she almost had cardiac arrest.

She loves Hawai'i so I made this soap. Kinda a small thing but it cheered her up a little.
