At the very core of matter are the vibrating strands of energy called simply enough "strings".  These strings vibrate at different ocillations thus creating a varying array of matter, matter we can see, matter we cannot.  As Einstein put it E=mc(squared), meaning that matter and energy are pretty much the same thing.  Therefore the "stuff" we can see is essentially matter, the "stuff" we can't is energy.  Oscillations of these strings create the stuff we call the nucleon which consists of the neutron and the proton, and that part of the atom that chemists hold dear to their heart, the electron.  From interactions of this electron, namely the outermost electron that inhabits a very specific region of the atom called the valence shell, we get the reactions that ultimatley lead to the creation of simple molecules such as water and more complex organic structures such as adenine, thymine, cytosine, and guanine.  These four complex organic structures make up the well-known deoxynucleicacid or DNA for short.  With the help of a phosolipid backbone the A-T, G-C pairs combine specificly with each other, A-T or T-A, and G-C or C-G, to form the complex set of information that makes us what we are.  DNA is at the core of every cell, it is pretty much the brains of the operation.  Every time a cell reproduces in the form of myosis or mytosis DNA is copied and transferred to the new cell.  The fomer involved in the copying of information from each parent to their respective ova or sperm, and the latter is the copying of cells that pretty much make up the cells in the rest of our bodies.  Through these processes we age in a process resulting from the "sluffing" off of DNA from each successive generation of cell (look up telomere).  Now lets have a look at a very specific cell, namely the one we call the neuron, or brain cell.  Through a process akin to chemotaxis, information in the form of chemicals is transferred from neuron to neuron via an elctrical current and brain fluid substrate to a succession of cells that ultimaltey allow mew to write this blog.  And all from a string...Now THATS CRAZY!
