When we have violence and abuse in our past, we can get "˜stuck' with overwhelming emotions that intrude on the present. What do the lives of wild animals have to teach us? Awareness practices can help us regain control and make our bodies safe again. Come learn innovative concepts and concrete skills for healing trauma.
