I agree with a 'call for more options in understanding and treating emotional distress'. The influence of Eckhart Tolle and a standard psych book called Coping with Fears and Phobias, plus a little study to work in mental health which directly challenges towards wellness, seems to be helping. The key seems to be in variety of text yet links can be found. The practical text becomes digestable with some spiritual uplift. I get grounded hope forming which means it is not hasty and overwhelming. It is also like I have had to sit in the darkness of my illness to find the right light. Things no longer need to be fast some may say medication influence...perhaps...that is ok. At this moment I can say I need nothing. I can also say I will protect what is precious. The gentle dot.
