Today is a good day! Third day of 900mg in the med reduction and everything feels good. No major swings in mood or any physical side affects. Freeing my mind of the chemical bond leaves me with mixed feelings. Excitement at the possiblity of being without medication, the raw me, without being sheltered in a chemical buffer. But, on the other hand I have had 8 years of stablization and I am sure that being on lithium for 8 years has afforded me this opportunity to attempt a med free life. That is about it for now.
