Fear only has the power you give it.

However it can be hard when it comes instantly or when asleep.

A nightmare is fear yet you do wake which is to break out of fear.

I have been told to sit with fear.  Some fear is not going to happen as we hold the balance.

It is very hard when the fear keeps on ensuing.  People use medication in these times.  People CAN increase their fortitude in counselling the inner spirit, the gentle dot.

....but now a new user here I am wondering about the name 'Icarus'.  The legend is about exile and also an attempt to escape.  The bravery of the escape but to be brought back to earth.

Is this about freedom on earth or in the 'exile'?

Grounding is important but so is flying to the sun.

Some would say coming off meds is like Icarus and may fail........
