So due to being sick sick sick, my attempt at blogging the entire UK trip didn't totally happen...We do the best we can with the energy and resources we have.. Ashley and I got back in to town yesterday afternoon and I utterly crashed and burned.

A few thoughts today, though.

While in Brighton, the day before we came home, I finally got to get some acupuncture. I came in to the office with very little money, a raging fever, and lungs full of fluid. After bleeding a lot and breathing in to some really intense needle work, I walked out with a normal tempurature and a rag full of disgusting sickness that had been in my chest. I am wiped out and still ill of course, but I have to say that that single treatment allowed me to actually enjoy our final night of workshoping at the Cowley Club and made for a much happier flight home. I'm so eager to make my next appointment in NYC and to try treating my mental health symptoms, insomnia, anxiety, etc. with acupuncture.

 Thanks, Will.

I'm compiling a list of all the contacts we made in the UK and am so excited to be sending a TON on books to be distro-ed there. The time is ripe, dear Britons. Do it to it!

I'm so sleepy. I have to take a nap. Just checking in...
