cleaned my room.  this hasn't happened in years, approaching ever

ditto the studiospace

actually seem have started to work.

can't decide if i actually feel overall better, but signs are good.

exbf is in the next room, asleep.  have barely seen him in years.  lives in another part of the country, came to visit me as i continue to live at my mom's.  apparently we are not actually keeping the same noctural hours.  

i thought this might be our stab at starting to think about getting back together maybe.  i'm guessing it's really over.

otherwise feeling just general funereal and isolated.
