journaling: even if i'm not feeling creative, write in my journal every morning.
to-do lists: make a daily list of things i need to do that day and things i just need to do.
meditation: try to do a thanfulness meditation on my way to the mero, pray on the 15 minute walk to the metro.
exercise: stripping is lots of exercise so i get that 4 days a week, on days off, go on walks.
tuesday: my day off, get outta the house so i don't go nuts. go to the library and bring all my things in the morning.
self confidence: even i i don't feel it necessarily remember that i should, if we are all sacred and if god(des) is in everyone that includes me, right? just try to listen to the natural world, try to stay open and be a good person.
nutrition:
vitamin B12 everyday
fish oil everyday
tons of water
small meals every 4 hours or so
eat mostly veggies, whole grains, low fat dairy
try to stay away from :
alcohol
more than 2 cups of tea or 1 cup of coffee a day
sugar
processed flour
processed food
absolutely no purging even if i over eat
coping methods:
relax, find silence, or hold ears, deep breaths till my heartbeat slows down
go for a walk
journal
paint/sketch/collage
listen to music
read a book
call a friend
read the news
go on this website
watch movies online

you are great. your list is great. it is ambitious. one cannot do all those things in a day so be kind to yourself.
I plan to be off meds this spring and your list is The Way. my only addition is ganja at times. I know it is controversial and may contribute to some problems - but - it lifts me out of the hole (especially during pms) or really helps me focus. I'd rather toke now and then than be on a cocktail of meds twice/day. however, I hope you can do it completely chem-free and wish you the best.
