Below is a reply I posted to someone's intro thread.  What I wrote feels incredibly important for me to review from time to time so figured I should pop it onto my blog here for easy future reference.  My real diary is so full of all kinds of different stuff that is going on in my head it is easy for me to loose track of key highlights like this.  Perhaps this blog will turn into a space for me to do just that.
