 I dont know....it seems like the only thing that brings me happiness is planning ahead.

I need goals at the moment. well i have goals, but i know i really need these goals.

I think if you are mindful then planning ahead and looking at the future isnt the brightest thing to do. Mindfulness is all about being in the now. However i dont achieve this....except for in some meditation months ago.

My medication keeps my conscious. It keeps me aware of my surroundings and allows me to be productive. But, even more importantly, it slows my thuoghts. My racing, illogical, uncontrolable thoughts. I have been diagnosed with ADD, and this medication, the medication that works, is Adderall. I have created this blog to show *this* community that ADD is real. and in some people it borders on pychosis. i intend to update atleast once a week. and i will only write in this blog when unmedicated.
