Seattle Icarus is disbanding.....:( I don't want Seattle Icarus to go away. We need a solid core group and not so many commers and goers, I think.

Hi all...so it has been a LONG time since I have written on here. I have been going through quite a lot lately.

My mind is like a garden maze
There is a hedge with doors sectioning off the chambers
Some of the doors have been opened, some slightly ajar and some knocked down altogether

So things are going MUCH better now that I have gotten rid of the crisis intervention people. I am going to the primary care doc and she has been AWESOME.

Couldn't make it to the doc today because I got a lil lost....

So I am not feeling so well right now. The last couple days have pushed me over the edge to crisis mode.

I am exhausted right now. Despite really wanting to finish out my time at work I just couldn't go back. I really tried. I was crying all night last night.
